- Where is my data stored?
- In the EU, on EU-operated infrastructure, with a GDPR data processing agreement included on every paid plan.
- What hardware do I need?
- Anything that runs a modern browser full screen — a Samsung or LG smart TV, an Android stick with our kiosk app, a Raspberry Pi, or a mini PC you already own.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Screens are counted monthly, so adding or removing a TV simply changes the next invoice.
- Is there a contract?
- Monthly by default. Annual billing saves two months and can be arranged on Business.
